Whether buying directly from a supplier's catalog, negotiating the purchase
over the telephone, or as a result of a previously negotiated sales program,
buyers need to have a single point of entry to complete the process from
product selection to order entry. This includes the ability to have special
or contract pricing locked into the order, pick ship from and ship to
locations, configure loads, set shipping and payment terms, access to
freight tables and visibility of on hand inventory levels of the products
